WMIL BRAND IDENTITY FROM THE GROUND UP

As the designer responsible for the development of the WMIL brand identity, my role encompassed a wide range of design tasks that contributed to establishing a strong and visually appealing brand presence. One of the key highlights of my work was the creation of the logo, which was inspired by the unique features of the building itself. By incorporating the different levels of the building into the logo design, I aimed to symbolize the interconnectedness of technology, creativity, and the vast WM content library. The animated version of the logo added an extra layer of dynamism, with the rotating levels representing the ever-evolving landscape of the brand.

I took on the challenge of designing various elements that helped bring the brand to life. This included the development of physical environmental signage that seamlessly integrated with the different WM networks and programming. By carefully considering the essence of each network, I was able to create visually captivating signage that provided an immersive experience for visitors. I also designed sales templates and decks that showcased the brand's professionalism and consistency during pitches and presentations. These templates played a vital role in communicating the brand's identity and values to potential clients, helping to establish a lasting impression.

Another significant aspect of my work was the creation of two distinct websites—one catering to the public and the other serving as a private platform for signed clients. The public-facing website aimed to engage visitors and communicate the brand's story, while the client-specific website provided a secure environment for accessing sensitive materials. By designing both websites, I ensured that the brand's online presence reflected its identity and offered a seamless user experience.

To maintain consistency and provide guidance for future designers and partner companies, I developed a comprehensive brand identity guideline book. This resource outlined the brand's visual standards, including logo usage, color palettes, typography guidelines, and more. By establishing clear guidelines, I aimed to ensure that the brand's identity remained consistent across various design projects and collaborations for both internal and external stakeholders.
